More than 7 days out: full refund to buyer, zero charge to you. 3 to 7 days out: 50 percent retention paid to you within 14 days. Under 3 days: 100 percent retention paid to you within 14 days. Cancellation terms sit inside the buyer contract, not on you.
The buying company. We collect a refundable damage deposit from the buyer at booking. If you raise a claim within 48 hours of the event with photo evidence, we deduct from the deposit and pay you within 7 days.

Yes, mandatory. We file every invoice under your GSTIN so corporate buyers can claim Input Tax Credit. No GSTIN, no listing. If you do not have one yet, we can point you to a Chartered Accountant who registers GSTINs in 7 working days.
Phone photos work for the first listing. Once your first booking closes, we send a photographer to reshoot the space at our cost.
Yes. You set the per head rate, the food tiers, the weekday and weekend split. We do not push you to discount. Take rate comes out of the buyer total, never on top of your published price.
